Dr. Darryl Smith


Education: Dr. Smith received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champagne in 1984. He received his D.D.S. degree in 1988 from University of Illinois, College of Dentistry in Chicago, IL. He completed postgraduate training in the General Practice Residency program at Tufts University, Boston. in 1989.
 
Professional Practice: In 1993 he took over Dr. Hanson’s practice on Humphrey Street in Swampscott.

Teaching & Lecture Credentials: Dr. Smith has been Editor for six years of the Newsletter of the North Shore Dental Society.

Professional Affiliations: American Dental Accociation, Mass. Dental Society, Massachusetts Dental Society, North Shore District Dental Society, North Shore Perio Prosthesis Study Club, and Academy of Computerized Dentistry. He is also a member and past president of the Swampscott Rotary Club.

Personal: Dr. Smith is the father of two and enjoys biking, hiking, skiing, and ocean kayaking.
